Here's what the humans have to say about me:
My name is Samson and I am a blonde cocker spaniel boy, about 2 years old. I was found as a stray that was wandering around a nice track of homes here in NC. I had been hanging around for a couple of days and some of the neighbors started complaining that I just didn't seem to want to leave. Then this nice lady decided to help me and took me into her home, as she was a dog owner and knew that I deserved a chance at finding my owner or having a better life to find a home again. I had no identification, so she took me to her vet to see if I was micro-chipped. Unfortunately I didn't have one, so she posted flyers, and checked with shelters and vet offices. It was obvious then, that I had been left abandoned and no one was coming back for me. She then contacted this rescue, so that I would have a chance to get a good home.
I am heartworm negative, I have now been neutered and I have had a dental. I am a really nice boy, very people friendly and I have been doing pretty well with my new rescue buddies. At times, I do seem to be a bit overwhelmed with them as there are so many and I will need some help with house training. If you are looking for a nice buff boy, a great new pal and a best friend. . . . please fill out an application with my name on it. I would love to meet you!
If you are interested in adopting this sweet cocker boy, please email: larrydonnacarp@aol.com for an adoption application. Our adoption fee is $300 which includes all the vetting and medical needs for the dog.
