My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

There aren't really enough superlatives to describe Otis. He is absolutely beautiful. He is GOOD. He doesn't have any of the common canine bad habits -- he doesn't bark, counter surf or jump on people. He is just a really good boy. No one who has met him believes that he is 8 years old; he looks like he is 5. He spent his early years on a farm. He has had the very best food and care to be as youthful as he is. The fact that he has been loved is apparent in his confidence and good behavior. He will make an excellent companion for a family that takes weekend trips to hike or play in the mountains. He is good around young children, although he may offer to share their food and will confuse their fuzzy toys with his.

Otis has an uncanny talent of finding a spare hand and sliding his head under it for petting without the person attached to the hand realizing he/she is petting him. He enjoys going to the dog park and running and exploring and sniffing. He is a perfect gentleman around other dogs and an excellent traveler in the car.

Please note: Otis has a strong prey instinct so he will do best in a home without cats or other small animals.

Otis says. " Come on - you know you are eager to meet me and I sure would love to meet you too."
