George was a stray from Cedar County. He is an adorable guy. He is very gentle. Someone has trained him so that even though he has that urge to jump up to greet you, he's doing it so that his feet never touch you (he's not on you). It's rather amazing. He walks on leash well. He looks very much like a black golden retriever would. His hair is silky and longer than a lab's. I imagine he would be a great find for anyone!

He will be altered and up to date on vaccinations before you take him home.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

George, a Tipton Labrador Retriever/Shepherd (Unknown Type) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever/Shepherd (Unknown Type) for sale in Tipton, or seeking a Labrador Retriever/Shepherd (Unknown Type) dog from a breeder in Tipton.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Tipton already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Tipton breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever/Shepherd (Unknown Type) breeders who help with Labrador Retriever/Shepherd (Unknown Type) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Tipton paves the way for another one to be saved.
