Good day friends! My name is SOPHIA! I’m just about a year old, and pleased to meet you! I’m ready to bring smiles and puppy kisses to a family of my very own. As you can see from my pictures, I’m quite the happy camper. I love to be silly, and can hardly contain myself when someone new stops to pet me. My tail wags pretty good, but I like to wiggle my whole body to show my excitement, hee hee. Along with being great on a leash, I know sit, come, shake, dance, sit pretty and some other stuff too. Oh, and I am totally potty trained! I love kids, and love my foster dog siblings (but I can be sassy when I meet new dogs), I love the cat and meeting other folks in the area. Also, I just love to be out and about. Going for walks is SO much fun! I love to see new people, sniff everything I can and watch the squirrels. There is even a short YouTube video of me doing my “Happy Dance” when I get taken out for my walk. I just can’t help myself, I get crazy legs for it! I would just love to have a family of my own that enjoys my funny personality, and would give me the affection I long for. I sure promise to give it right back too- I’m a top quality snuggler, and have lots of puppy kisses to hand out. My foster mom laughs, because I’m under the covers before she can even fluff the blankets. I just looove to be close.

My adoption fee is $250.00 and includes DHPP vaccine, bordatella vaccine, De-worming, spay/neuter surgery, rabies vaccine, heartworm test, heartworm preventative, flea/tick preventative, microchip insertion, bath, nail trim, ear cleaning, leash and collar and one week's worth of food. If you think that I might be the perfect addition to your family, please contact the awesome volunteers at N.B.S. Animal Rescue at nbsanimalrescue@gmail.com for any additional information or answers to any questions you might have. You can fill out a simple online adoption application at www.nbsar.org and we will start processing your application right away! We do require that persons interested in meeting me apply online and be approved as an adopter first so please visit our website and submit your application today! Our adoption process requires that any pet in your household be current on it's vaccinations and heartworm preventative as well as spayed/neutered unless there is a documented medical reason on file with your veterinarian. Dogs must be current on DHLPP, Rabies, and Heartworm Preventative, cats must be current on Distemper, Rabies, and Heartworm Preventative at the time of application. While I hope that you have fallen in love with me and will fill out an adoption application right away, I understand if I might not be the perfect pup for your family.
