UPDATED BIO 09/23/2013: Penny Lane is 5 years old and weighs 9 lbs 3 oz. She is being fostered in North Port, FL
Penny and Lola were surrendered to UYR as a bonded pair; they were adopted out together, but due to unknown reasons, Penny decided she wanted to be the boss of Lola and they got into some serious squabbles. They were returned to UYR as a result, and now will be adopted out individually.
Here’s what Penny wants you to know about her: Let me tell you the best way I can all about me. I am not too big. and really cute; oh, and I am Foster Mom's shadow. We go for a walk first thing in the morning and let FD tag along, and then have breakfast. I always clean up my dish and FM says it looks like it just came out of the dishwasher!!
I love playing all throughout the day and enjoy running in the backyard after the lizards and frogs ~ I just don’t seem to be able to catch them! Oh, well…….. no problem. FM says not to worry since there are always good treats such as apples and carrots on hand ~yum yum! FM said that since I really, really love following my person around, maybe it would be better for me to be an only dog. Or, if there was another larger dog in the house, that may be okay, tool.
Wow…… I am tired from all that running. Time to cuddle with my FM. Ahhhhh, the best part of my day! Plenty of kisses to go around. Would you also like me to cuddle with you? You know what you have to do……push that little button to adopt me – go ahead – do it now!

If Penny Lane looks familiar, its because she and her sister Lola Bell were surrendered to UYR as a bonded pair; they were adopted out together, but due to unknown circumstances, Penny decided she wanted to be the boss of Lola and they got into some serious squabbles.
