Festus's Story...
THIS IS A COURTESY POSTING...LADY TOOK THESE DOGS IN TO HELP A NEIGHBOR WHO HAD TO LEAVE THE STATE, BUT SHE CANNOT KEEP ANY OF THEM. LANDLORD IS UPSET SHE HAS THEM.
This is Festus, a chi-weenie. Housetrained and best friends with Chester. Not a big yipper, just when someone comes to the door. Very sweet but cannot keep either chiweenie or a Min Pin female dog. All dogs are adult s around 3-5 yrs old. Festus is the black and tan, Chester is white with black.
If interested please call Marie at 480-452-7189. She is being forced to take them to the shelter if a home/or foster can't take them in.
She is asking 50.00 for each to give them a great home.
She isn't sure of their shot records, or if they are altered.
Please help if you can, and please spread the word!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Festus, a Chandler Chihuahua/Dachshund dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Chihuahua/Dachshund for sale in Chandler, or seeking a Chihuahua/Dachshund dog from a breeder in Chandler.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Chandler already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Chandler breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Chihuahua/Dachshund breeders who help with Chihuahua/Dachshund rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Chandler paves the way for another one to be saved.
