Sasha's Story...
Sasha came to us as an abuse and neglect case from Los Angeles County. Sasha was one of three dogs who were severely starved and neglected. She bounced back quickly; she's healthy and robust little dog who has a skin condition that seems to have improved a great deal simply by removing grains from food. She is a cheerful, happy, friendly, playful, affectionate little dog who gets on well with children, cats, and other dogs. She does like to play, so she may be happier being in a multiple-dog house. She's one of our favorites here in the rescue.

Her adoption fee is $200. For more information contact Anna Erving 949-400-5735 or e-mail peksaver@yahoo.com. Please leave your number and let us know where you are located in any messages you leave. SHE IS SPAYED, HAS ALL SHOTS AND IS MICROCHIPPED

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Sasha, a SO CALIF Shih Tzu dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Shih Tzu for sale in SO CALIF, or seeking a Shih Tzu dog from a breeder in SO CALIF.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in SO CALIF already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a SO CALIF breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Shih Tzu breeders who help with Shih Tzu rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in SO CALIF paves the way for another one to be saved.
