ouie is a lover who was found in an industrial area of Avondale. He enjoys chin rubs, head bonks and bedtime cuddling. Not aggressive or scared of the other kitties. Lou has been polite to the resident kitties and maintains a good healthy distance from them. He is a talker and has a cute cackly voice at times. 5y/o but quite active and enjoys playing w fishing pole type kitty toys. He craves human socialization even when he has a fresh bowl of food waiting for him. He really does want to know how your day at work was.
