Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Mr. Carter is an approx 3yr old gorgeous Sibe. He is Mr. Lover....and you will fail in love with this beautiful bi-eyed boy. Loves Loves Loves people and is doing great with the other dogs at his foster Mom's. Poor boy was left by his owners alone in the yard for two months before the neighbors finally took him to animal control. We got to him in the nick of time. Doesn't seem to have broken his spirit though....he's happy to be loved again!! Application, Home Visit, Contract and $250 adoption fee apply.
