Betsy's Story...
Betsy came to us on July 4th with her brother, Ross, as a tiny puppy. She was very thin and needed a lot of TLC, which we made sure she received. She is now a beautiful, healthy puppy that would be great in any healthy home environment! She is doing great with her housetraining (please do not expect any puppy to be 100% housebroken!), she is crate-trained and loves to play and get snuggles. She has the most beautiful hazel eyes and a very sweet disposition.
Adoption Fee: $200 w/micro-chip, $175 without

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Betsy, a Hartsville Pointer/Hound (Unknown Type) puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Pointer/Hound (Unknown Type) for sale in Hartsville, or seeking a Pointer/Hound (Unknown Type) puppy from a breeder in Hartsville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Hartsville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Hartsville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Pointer/Hound (Unknown Type) breeders who help with Pointer/Hound (Unknown Type) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Hartsville paves the way for another one to be saved.
