Sophia's Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, up to date with shots, and not good with kids.

Sophia's Story...
S/F, 1-2 Years, Boston Terrier/Beagle Mix, Approx. 15 lbs.

Cute, cute, and Triple CUTE! Yep, that's cute little ol' me. I came from another shelter where my time was up. Whew! That was a close one!
Obviously, I was meant to stay in this world for a good long time. And why not? I'm so sweet, pretty, and sensitive. I may not have been treated very well by my previous owner because I tend to be a bit skittish and under-socialized. I need LOVE and plenty of it! I'm a wonderful girl who is initially shy, but very smart and eager. I need a loving and patient home with hands that will treat me with patience, guidance and gentleness. A good dose of Puppy Kindergarten will also help in boosting my self confidence! Why not ask to meet me? For now, I would do best in a quiet home without small or rowdy children. Other quiet and playful dogs may be just fine! I'd love a "mentor doggie."

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Sophia, a Denver Boston Terrier/Beagle dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Boston Terrier/Beagle for sale in Denver, or seeking a Boston Terrier/Beagle dog from a breeder in Denver.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Denver already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Denver breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Boston Terrier/Beagle breeders who help with Boston Terrier/Beagle rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Denver paves the way for another one to be saved.
