Toto and his companion Sweetpea were given to the shelter when their owners moved and couldn't take them along. Toto is 4 years old, small sized and very loving! He has wirey hair that gives him an adorable little look of playfulness. Toto has been treated successfully for heartworms and he will be able to travel to his new home on October 22nd when his recovery/rest period is complete. If you'd like to adopt him along with his friend Sweetpea there is a reduced adoption fee for the pair.
