Idgee's Story...
Hi there my name is Idgee. I came from a horrible place, they wanted to put me to sleep forever just because I had no hair and was covered in scabs and fleas. Thank goodness my foster Mom stopped at my crate and picked me to help. I have had lots of medicated baths, medicines, good food, and MUCH love and my hair grew back. I am a real lover and I will lick you till you make me stop. I just get so excited to get attention sometimes I just can't stop. I love to go for car rides, sleep under the covers and lay in the sun. Please contact friends4lifek9@aol.com for more information about me. My adoption fee is $250
The last picture is what I looked like when I was rescued.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Idgee, a Apex Chihuahua/Rat Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Chihuahua/Rat Terrier for sale in Apex, or seeking a Chihuahua/Rat Terrier dog from a breeder in Apex.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Apex already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Apex breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Chihuahua/Rat Terrier breeders who help with Chihuahua/Rat Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Apex paves the way for another one to be saved.
