Here is what else the foster family had to say:
Sebastian is very curious and wants to say hello to everyone, he is very gentle and sweet with anyone who approaches him. Sebastian has never shown any aggression and the only time he growls is when he is asking for you to play with him. He is not shy at all, he is very happy go lucky and willing to be around anyone. He is great with other dogs and seems to just ignore the cat. He hasn't shown any fears with any loud noises, only curiosity. When we were walking by a train that was passing he was simply curious but never scared.
Sebastian has a LOVELY fluffy coat however barely sheds for the amount of fur he has. I'd say Sebastian has a moderate energy level, he loves walks and playing, and we walk him three times a day, but he could laze around most of the day as well. Sebastian would go well with someone who loves exercise or who just loves to relax. Sebastian loves to play fetch and when he's not playing fetch he's trying to carry all the toys around. Sebastian is very quiet in the home and only barks when someone is at the door and growls when he's playing.
Sebastian seems to act younger as he loves to play, but is also very mature and has good manners. Sebastian knows sit, down, and if I point at his crate and say "In" he will go in on his own. He was shown that we go outside on walks to pee and hasn't ever had an accident in the house. Sebastian is crate trained and knows he goes in there for bed time and occasionally throughout the day if I have some chores to do and cannot fully watch him. He has no issue being crated and may whine for a minute or so but soon stops. He is smart and knows how to follow my commands. He occasionally pulls on the leash but we are teaching him that pulling is a no-no and that you have to follow me.
Sebastian would fit in any family and would do best with someone who has time for him in the day to play and walk him. He loves everyone who will love him and loves pets, walks, toys and is very low maintenance.
