My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi, my name is Jenna, I am a 24 week old spayed female.  I am a sweet but shy little lady that loves to get lots of belly rubs.  I am somewhat hesitant when meeting new dogs but once I get to know them, watch out, I can play for hours!  I don't mind the crate because I know it is my safe place. I am used to using a doggie door to go outside to go potty so it might take me a bit of time to learn a new routine in your home but I'm pretty smart so it won't take me too long to get it.  I am in a home with a cat and I don't have a problem with them, they don't really interest me.  I am good with kids and don't really react to them if they run up to me. I like to play with toys and balls, but I really love to play tug-a-war with my foster brothers and sisters. I can be a bit of a drama queen at times, whether it is playing with a dog and having them play too rough or just being on a walk and being corrected for doing something wrong. Speaking of the walking thing, I do walk pretty well on a leash and know the command sit. I am working on all the other fun stuff that comes along with being a puppy.  Oh, did I tell you that I am pretty good at counter surfing? Bread, macaroni salad and bananas are some of my favorite things I have snagged off the counter tops. As for treats that are actually given to me, I love bully sticks, they keep me pretty busy at chewing. Just know that I am a puppy and I need a lot of guidance, training, attention and I need a family that will stick by me even when I am being a disruptive little girl. But once we work through this puppy stage together, I will be the most awesome dog you could ever want!  I look forward to meeting you soon!
