Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Oliver is a red & white boy who originally came to BHRG when he was found as a stray. He was adopted but was recently returned because this young, 2-year-old is high energy and could use some training. He's be perfect for an active, dog-savvy home with no small children. is a young, active basset. He loves to play, play, play. He is good with other dogs, but he likes to be first in the house so sometimes there is a little dust up at the door (we are working on that). He has some digestive issues – still trying to get to the bottom of that – but is doing much better. He is pretty much housebroken with or without a dog door, but he is not crate trained. He does not like his crate but does goes in at night. Oliver needs an experienced owner who knows how to handle a young, headstrong hound.
