Chip is a 9 month old male Chihuahua. He is quite small, only 5 pounds! But, don't let his small size fool you - he is full of personality and spunk! He is very sweet, bonds easily, and is playful but also loves to just snuggle on a warm lap. He is quiet and gentle and very eager to please.
