Rosado#2M's Story...
I am a male wired hair terrier mix. I most closely resemble a schnauzer mix. It is unknown what the exact mix is and it is expected that I will be over 25 lbs when full grown but not sure just how much more. My mother was 25 lbs but we don't know who daddy was! I was born on 7/30/13. I am neutered, current on shots, micro-chipped and on flea/heartworm prevention. My adoption is $250.

Since I am just a puppy, it is a requirement that I attend training classes at the Petsmart in Altamonte Springs (NO EXCEPTIONS). Classes are one hour, once a week for six weeks. The cost is only $89 for all six sessions!
Please email for an application. A New Beginning Pet Rescue, Inc. only accepts cash. We do not have the ability to accept credit or debit cards and no longer accept checks. The pets are available to be seen at our adoption events on weekends at the Petsmart in Altamonte Springs on Saturday from 11-5 and Sunday from 12-5.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Rosado#2M, a Orlando Schnauzer (Standard) puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Schnauzer (Standard) for sale in Orlando, or seeking a Schnauzer (Standard) puppy from a breeder in Orlando.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Orlando already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Orlando breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Schnauzer (Standard) breeders who help with Schnauzer (Standard) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Orlando paves the way for another one to be saved.
