Big Dawg (fostered in IL)'s Story...
These tiny, adorable little guys
have just arrived. They are very
bonded and would love to stay
together, but can also be
adopted separately. They are
being fostered in Illinois How
cute are they??

Big Dawg is a shy, sweet little boy. Once
he gets comfortable with you (and it won’t
take long) he will love to play and cuddle
up next to you. He is really fond of a
gentle chest and neck rub at the end of
the day. He is reserved and quiet around
other dogs but will play with them after he
gets used to them. He likes to play with
cat toys. He is just a bit bigger than his
brother at a whopping 5 pounds!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Big Dawg (fostered in IL), a Gilford Chinese Crested/Chinese Crested dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Chinese Crested/Chinese Crested for sale in Gilford, or seeking a Chinese Crested/Chinese Crested dog from a breeder in Gilford.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Gilford already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Gilford breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Chinese Crested/Chinese Crested breeders who help with Chinese Crested/Chinese Crested rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Gilford paves the way for another one to be saved.
