Penelope is a WESTSIDE GERMAN SHEPHERD RESCUE dog. She was turned in by a breeder with her two siblings. Penelope will be a large girl, her paws are already huge! She is very social with people, dogs and even cats. Penelope is so sweet and loving, just wants to be close to her human!
