Here's what the humans have to say about me:
This sweet girl's name is ADDIE. Addie is a female, Labrador retriever/shepherd mix. She has a beautiful black coat with a patch of white on her chest. Addie has been spayed, is up to date on vaccines and is testing heart worm negative. Addie is approx 12 - 14 months old and weighs 50 lbs. She should be at her adult size and weight.
Addie was picked up as a "stray", but we feel that she was too well cared for and was probably actually a surrendered dog. A woman called about several dogs for the animal control officer to pick up and Addie was one of them. The other dogs definitely appeared to be stray. Addie on the other hand was well fed, didn't have a flea on her, and had a very gentle loving disposition. Addie is great with other dogs including tiny puppies. She loves people and thrives on affection. She wags her tail with gusto when she is wanting you to love her or when she gets excited to see you. She is good with cats too so she really would be a great dog in any situation. She is a little shy at times and especially didn't want to have her photo taken so you don't see what a beautiful girl she is. She is a sweetheart and is just waiting on the right home. Would love walks at the park, running on the beach, and lots of other outside activities. Great family dog or companion for a single individual.
