My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This is Neil; one the sweetest goof balls you’ll ever meet! He is roughly a year old, 19â€%9D at the shoulder and only 35 lbs.

He also has the prettiest green eyes that just make fall in love with his silly face!

This guy is a little shy at first, but once he knows you he loves to get his ears and chin scratched and his back and belly... well pretty much everywhere!

He walks pretty well on a leash and is getting much better with recall, he just gets a bit distracted by all the fun and exciting things that he sees! He is also house trained, crate trained and is only a little reluctant to get in the crate but will stay quite all night once he is in. We are also working on basic manners, which he is improving on very quickly.

He has a medium energy level, so only needs one or two walks a day and the rest of the evening he will be calm or entertain himself with his toys. He definitely has a lot of heart though, and would be pretty game for longer walks, trips to the dog park, camping, or whatever you’d like to throw at him.

Neil gets along great with the resident dog and also every dog he’s met so far. He also seems ok with kids though just like with strangers he doesn’t let them pet him at first.

He loves to play with his toys or a ball and will sometimes play fetch with himself, which is really fun to watch. Oh and he loves to swim! So, if you want a source of endless entertainment and a dog that will
greet you every day with his goofy affection then this is your man!
