This dog has not had an easy go of it. He is filthy and his neck is covered in dirt and grease, most likely from a large chain being around it. He was found running loose, thankfully breaking free of the terrible life he has endured. He is extremely underweight and has pressure sores on his hindquarters. Despite everything as we have seen time and time again - he LOVES people.
Very submissive
Gentle and mellow
Great with dogs
Very appreciate of pets and kind hands.
PLEASE give him the second chance he deserves.
IF INTERESTED IN ADOPTING PLEASE EMAIL CTSHELTERDOGS@GMAIL.COM

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Brother Bear, a Bloomfield Pit Bull Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Pit Bull Terrier for sale in Bloomfield, or seeking a Pit Bull Terrier dog from a breeder in Bloomfield.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Bloomfield already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Bloomfield breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Pit Bull Terrier breeders who help with Pit Bull Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Bloomfield paves the way for another one to be saved.
