Hope's Story...
Hope is looking for her forever home! She was abandoned in a home when her family had to move. The new family who came to look at the house saw her and found out she had been there two weeks- ALONE! Thankfully they left her water! She has ...been vet checked & is in great health! She is young, 1-2 1/2 years old. She is looking for a forever home with a mature mommy and/or daddy! She is VERY SHORT to the ground... And looks huge in her photos! **She is actually small / petite though her photos don't reflect.** We are desperately seeking a foster or permanent home for her. It's not fair that after all she has been through, she has to sit in a cage in boarding waiting for someone to love her. Her ideal home is: no kids under 7, dogs or cats. She is the most loveable sweet dog we just couldn't leave her behind. Her cost to adopt is $75. Please consider opening your heart and home to give this sweet girl, Hope! If you cant help us help her, then please share her on your social networking sites! Located in Orange County California. She has hope you're coming for her!!!... Her vet paperwork all says american bulldog, though we believe she is a mixed breed dog. Please fill out our adoption application & we can start the adoption: www.saveabowwow.com/rescue/adoption-form

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Hope, a Whittier American Bulldog dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a American Bulldog for sale in Whittier, or seeking a American Bulldog dog from a breeder in Whittier.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Whittier already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Whittier breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even American Bulldog breeders who help with American Bulldog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Whittier paves the way for another one to be saved.
