Mandy is a beautiful 1-2 year old black female who is looking for a true love and a place to call home. She came to us from a shelter whose volunteers loved her so much that they were willing to drive quite a distance to bring her to us so that we could find her a home. She had to be stripped because her coat was so matted but she's going to be gorgeous when it grows back in. Mandy is an awesome little girl who is singing a song that we know your heart will hear.
