IDGSR WELCOMES HARLEY INTO THE SAFETY OF THE RESCUE!!!
Harley is an owner surrender, his owner was moving and did not make accomodations to take him with him. Harley was just about to enter into the Animal control system here, not a good thing for any dog, Owner surrenders can be put down immediately if they are full. Fortunately the kind hearted folks at AC gave him my number and we immediately dropped everything to meet this kid. We took custody of this X-Large boy right away.
Harley is a very nice submissive boy. He has been with cats and small children and the previous owner said his 4 yr. old granddaughter would lead him around on a leash without the slightest tugging. He is a very mellow and easy going, compliant boy. Confused now as to what is going on in his life, he is a bit sad, but we want to change all that for Harley and give him a Great life, better than he had before. Each dog's adoption donation varies depending on the age of the dog.
$300 for any dog 1 year and younger (BABY)
$250 for any dog 1-3 years (YOUNG)
$200 for any dog 3-7 years (ADULT)
$150 for dogs over 7 (SENIOR)
All our adoptable dogs are up to date on vaccinations, heartworm testing & monthly preventative and have been spayed or neutered.

Everyone must submit an application before an appointment is made to meet the dogs. Dogs are introduced to prospective adopters BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.
