Here's what the humans have to say about me:
The start of life for Piglet’s family was really tough. His momma, an abandoned stray, gave birth to her pups alone in the woods July 13, 2013. Barely 48 hours old, his family got a lucky break. They were found and taken into foster rescue.
Piglet can be shy and somewhat fearful on an initial meeting, but once he is comfortable with someone new he is the ultimate people puppy. His happiest moments are when he is by his human's side. . . . out for a romp in the yard, a walk or snuggled for a nap. He responds well to positive reinforcement. A good listener, he knows basic commands of Sit, Stay, No, Stop, Come, Be Nice and Let’s Go. He’s the gentle giant of his family, letting you pinch his sweet cheeks and patiently waiting for your kisses. Piglet is selective on canine friends and he prefers the company of females, what boy doesn't, LOL. He's never lived with cats, but has offered little interest in basic passing interaction.
His heritage is 50% American Staffordshire Terrier, and 50% mixed with strongest DNA (greatest to least) Greyhound, American Bulldog, Bull Terrier, American Water Spaniel (he has webbed feet) and Bullmastiff. We ran a DNA test on his sister.
