Onyx's Story...
Mr. Onyx will be 3 years old this month, and his birthday wish is for a forever home! He is approximately 35 inches at the withers, and weighs 136 pounds. Onyx’s current family has grown, with several children under the age of 12, leaving very little time for him. Onyx is going through a professional training course to brush up on his manners so he'll be the best housemate he can be for his new family! He is housebroken, up-to-date on shots and would love long daily walks. Onyx is a sweet boy that would love your affection and attention!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Onyx, a Warsaw Great Dane dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Great Dane for sale in Warsaw, or seeking a Great Dane dog from a breeder in Warsaw.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Warsaw already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Warsaw breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Great Dane breeders who help with Great Dane rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Warsaw paves the way for another one to be saved.
