My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

(DO NOT APPLY IF YOU CAN'T AFFORD A FEE TO ADOPT!)

This adorable senior male has had a hard life!!! He was left chained to a tree for God only knows how long.

He is so sweet and so friendly. Everyone that sees him falls in love with him. He is about 7-8 years old, so he's on the younger end of senior. He still likes to play with squeak toys. He will grab them and take them to his bed and hide them. Then he rubs his face on them and kinda talks to them. He's a very amusing little guy! He loves to spend time outside. He is very smart and is a fast learner. He knows several words, like bye bye, pee pee, nite nite, go to bed, did you steal a toy.

Even though he's a little older, he's in pretty good shape. He does have slight hip dysplasia. Sometimes he looses his footing on hard floors and his legs will go out to the siding causing him to fall. He looks at me like I did it to him. Typical Peke....they think they can do no wrong. HAHA. He needs to avoid stairs and no jumping from furniture.

He is not completely house trained or pee pad trained yet. But will let you know when he has to go out or will gladly go out if you ask him if he has to pee. For now, I'm putting a diaper around him.....hoping it will deter him from feeling he has to mark.

He takes time to warm up to other males. Female dogs and even cats are not a problem for him He is just a doll baby!
