Jax's Story...
Jax-Introducing...Jax!! Handsome Jax is two-years & is a Shih Tzu/Westie mix. He was removed from a home that was in not so nice condition. Jax is a fine young man and appears to be pleased being in his new environment (although we are quite sure he'd be much happier in a new home!). He is a very sweet and loving boy. Jax's adoption fee is $175 and covers the cost of his neuter, vaccines, preventative medications, microchip and 30 day free trial pet insurance. We are a 501c3 non-profit organization and your adoption fee is a tax deductible contribution.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Jax, a Delaware Shih Tzu/Westie, West Highland White Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Shih Tzu/Westie, West Highland White Terrier for sale in Delaware, or seeking a Shih Tzu/Westie, West Highland White Terrier dog from a breeder in Delaware.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Delaware already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Delaware breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Shih Tzu/Westie, West Highland White Terrier breeders who help with Shih Tzu/Westie, West Highland White Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Delaware paves the way for another one to be saved.
