Twinkie's Story...
HI, My name is TWINKIE!

I'm deliriously cute, affectionate and I would love to grow old(er) with you!

A nice lady found me hiding under a car at a used car dealership. I was hungry, scared and alone. But I got my courage up and mewed, and the nice lady heard me. She came over and scooped me up in her arms and I was saved!

I'm still a youngster with lots of spunk. I came to Tenth Life with bad eye infections, but my foster Daddy put medicine on it to help me feel all better!. I hope you are ready for my natural and unending curiosity, energy and affection. I can be very calm, and I have nothing but love to share with you. I spend much of my awake time playing with my toys, sitting atop my kitty condo, and looking out the window at the trees (or just simply laying across my foster daddy's chest snoozing while he watches TV)!

I enjoy playing with and being watched over by my two feline big brothers. I also have an adoptable Tenth Life foster sister, Suzy Q. She's my buddy! We all get along fantastically! If you have another cat for me to play with (or even a small dog to keep me company), I would really like that a lot! If not, then I'll be coming home with another kitten to keep me company!

I got all my shots and I'm spayed. I'm all ready to leap into your lap and right into your heart! Please think of me becoming part of your family!

Approximate DOB: 7/3/13

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Twinkie, a St. Louis Domestic Shorthair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in St. Louis, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair kitten from a breeder in St. Louis.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in St. Louis already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a St. Louis breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in St. Louis paves the way for another one to be saved.
