My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Patty is a 5 year old sweet girl who was owned by rotten people. They moved and left her behind with no food or water, she was found two weeks later. Poor darling! She was taken to the vets and she has been fully checked and vetted and she is in good health now and has put on some weight too! She's about 5 years old and she is a sweet, sweet girl inspite of what has been done to her once she warms up to you. which I can understand.
So now we are looking for a home that will not abandon her, who will love her for the rest of her life. She needs to be a single cat in the house and would be great for someone who has no cats and only wants one.

You may obtain an online application by logging on to CatAdoptionRI.org or by emailing catadoptionteam@aol.com. All of the cats and kittens are placed with the  Rhode Island State mandated proof of spay or neuter. In order to take your new cat or kitten home with you, there must be an approved application prior to any placement. Application approval is usually within 24-48 hours. We, at CATS, are very proud of all of the cats and kittens that we help facilitate finding new forever homes, and work very hard to make sure they are happy, healthy and well socialized. All of the cats and kittens are fed only a high end  cat food. We are at the Providence Petco, located at 585 N. Main Street, Providence, RI every Sunday from 10 am to 3 pm and you are welcome to come by and see all the cats and kittens that are looking for new 'Forever Homes'. Hard copy medical records accompany each cat and kitten on adoption day as each cat or kitten is completely vetted prior to their placed. The policy is that all of our cats and kittens will be placed  spayed or neutered, tested for feline aids/leukemia, and have all age appropriate shots. There will not be any placement of any cat or kitten that has not been spayed or neutered first. There will be no exceptions. This means that there is less out of pocket costs for people who adopt a cat or kitten from us and you will be in 100% COMPLIANCE WITH THE SPAY/NEUTER LAW TOO!
