Jessi's Story...
Jessi is a super cute, almost 3 yr old, 20 pound Terrier/Beagle mix with petite features. She loves, loves, loves people, playing ball, and sun bathing. She has good inside doggy manners, including being housebroken and staying low key when inside. She is small and is not a barker, so would be a great choice for someone in a shared living environment (condo/townhouse/apartment). Jessi loves to be where her people are, and will sit by you when you work inside, follow you around outside, and snuggle up with you when watching TV. Jessi is good with other dogs but likes to chase cats and other small animals. She has had some training and knows basic commands. We have no history of Jessi with young children but she is find with older kids (10+). A fence yard is preferred since she will chase any little critters. Jessi is spayed, up to date on vaccines, and microchipped. Her adoption fee is $350. If you are interested in Jessi please send us an application which can be found on our website at www.baystatedogs.com or email us at baystatedogs@yahoo.com.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Jessi, a Grafton Terrier (Unknown Type, Small)/Beagle dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Terrier (Unknown Type, Small)/Beagle for sale in Grafton, or seeking a Terrier (Unknown Type, Small)/Beagle dog from a breeder in Grafton.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Grafton already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Grafton breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Terrier (Unknown Type, Small)/Beagle breeders who help with Terrier (Unknown Type, Small)/Beagle rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Grafton paves the way for another one to be saved.
