My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

My name is Katie and I truly DO want to please you, and be a part of your family, and your life. You will be my first real family. I have spent all of my days as a breeding dog and I am now ready to enjoy a totally different world, one where I will experience all the joys of being a dog. Although I am NOT a human in a dog suit, neither am I an unfeeling robot who can instantly obey your every whim. I have not learned how to do many of the things that you might take for granted – walking on leash, going for a car ride, playing with toys. My hope is that you adopt me because you want a loving partner and companion and that you will give me the time to adjust to a totally new life,. Since I have not experienced life in a home, please teach me with love and, patience. I may need some work on toilet training, but it is just because I don’t know what that is all about. Although I am shy when I first meet new people, I warm up very quickly. I really like being around other dogs and a well-adjusted dog in the home could really help me.
