My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Tuco is a neutered male seven year old chihuahua. He only has three legs but
zips around no problem. He came from a hoarding situation and is therefore
unsure about a lot of things. He is extremely wary of and usually aggressive
toward men and children; with women including his foster he is very nervous at
first but quick to attach. Once attached, he wants nothing but to snuggle on
your lap. He loves going for walks and playing with squeakies. He is okay with
some but not all dogs. He is completely housebroken and crate trained, although
he can be aggressive in his crate when he feels cornered. When he is nervous he
goes to his crate for comfort and wants to be left alone until he calms down.
Once he is out of his shell, he's very cute and snugly- he loves to sleep on his
foster moms chest under the blankets! He also loves treats. He is food
aggressive but if he is fed in a separate room it hasn't been too difficult to
manage. He loves to be brushed and to have his tummy rubbed, and is very good
for baths and nail trimming.

Tuco is obviously very special needs. He has difficulty trusting and loving
because he has never had a normal relationship with a human. He needs a forever
