Well hello there! My name is Biscuit and I am SO happy to meet you! Let me tell you a little bit about myself so that we can get to know each other better.
I am a 13 month old Cockapoo who was bought from a breeder in Ohio by my previous family. Sadly, they didn't really have a lot of time for me so I spent a lot of my time growing up in a crate. My mom wanted what was best for me and called the nice people at NBS Animal Rescue to help me find my furever home.
I am a healthy fella who loves to play, go for walks, learn new tricks, and spend time with my people. I am fantastic with other dogs, have gone to doggy day care and LOVED every minute of it, and am enjoying learning new things like lie down and shake!. My Foster Mom says that I am a very sweet and playful fella who loves to play with toys and have my ears scratched.
I do have a really small cherry eye on one of my eyes but the nice people at NBSAR have talked with the doggy doctor and I'm going to have it fixed so that it won't be of any concern for me as I grow up. It's pretty common in small dogs like myself the doggy doctor says so not to worry - I'll be back to looking for a fun time before you know it!
I would really love a house that was able to give me the attention and time that I deserve. A fenced yard for me to romp and play in would be best, and I would love another playful dog to live with. Kids 8+ would be great as I used to live with an 8 year old boy who loved to play fetch with me. I am crate trained and learning how to potty outside as my previous owner had me learn how to potty on pee pads since I spent so much time in my crate during the day.

My adoption fee is $250.00 and includes DHPP vaccine, bordatella vaccine, De-worming, spay/neuter surgery, rabies vaccine, heartworm test, heartworm preventative, flea/tick preventative, microchip insertion, bath, nail trim, ear cleaning, leash and collar and one week's worth of food.

You can fill out a simple online adoption application at www.nbsar.org and we will start processing your application right away! We do require that persons interested in meeting me apply online and be approved as an adopter first so please visit our website and submit your application today!
Our adoption process requires that any pet in your household be current on it's vaccinations and heartworm preventative as well as spayed/neutered unless there is a documented medical reason on file with your veterinarian. Dogs must be current on DHLPP, Rabies, and Heartworm Preventative, cats must be current on Distemper, Rabies, and Heartworm Preventative at the time of application.
