Here's what the humans have to say about me:
MEET PAISLEY, affectionately call Beautiful Bean. Born in May 2013, she is just a baby as yet, but ever such a cute and loving little girl. Her humans are divorcing and can no longer give her the care they know she deserves. So her Mom's sadness will be offset by knowing that we will find the very best, meant to be, forever home for this wonder pup. According to her Mom, Bean is so very friendly, loves people, kids, dogs, etc and loves to gives kisses! Bean has no bad habits, she is just a baby! Bean loves rawhide bones, she loves to eat her food, she can sit when asked and is trying to rollover! She gets the concept but not a full rollover yet! Bean uses piddle pads indoors and goes outside in the yard to go potty as well. She loves leaves! Are you her future
Based on 30 years of experience with rescue doxies, we have pretty strict criteria. Do you work from home/stay at home/work part time? Have a securely fenced yard? We do not place same sex in a home and children need to be 10 or older (some exceptions IF the dog is a puppy or the child has been raised with a doxie). We prefer no smokers and a home with no other small animals (ferrets, hamsters, etc) Cats are on a case by case basis depending on the dog. Remember these are rescues, many were surrendered because of these issues.
All our dogs are fully vetted, including all shots, wormer & flea protection, nails trimmed, the works. They'll come with a basket of goodies, food, toys and a custom made harness. The adoption fee is $395, no exceptions as this covers the cost to rescue them, vet them and take care of them while in our rescue. It also helps towards the care of other doxies that come with huge vet or dental bills or need extensive behavioral training.
Can you give her a happy, carefree life that she deserves? If interested, please complete the adoption questionnaire at www.odr-inc.org and email it to: jrangan@comcast.net - the adoption committee will be in touch with you within 48 hours so please be patient as we are solely volunteer run.
