Tobie's Info...

I am already neutered, up to date with shots, and good with cats.

Tobie's Story...
Tobie is an extra fluffy tuxedo boy with an extra loud purr, and a white dot on the tip of his tail. He is a very affectionate and talkative little boy with tons of energy. He is a little confused and thinks he is a puppy, because he loves to give face licks and kisses as well as head snuggles. He loves to play with and wrestle with his furry foster brother. When he needs a break from his wrestling, he loves to hide in his foster mom's lap, but usually jumps right back into his wrestling match 2 minutes later.

Behaviorally and socially, it’s best to adopt kittens in pairs, or into a home with a playful cat. He would LOVE to be adopted with another kitty - check out our PICK A PAIR page to see if his foster buddy is still available, or he’s not “picky”, so you can pick your own pair! If there is already another playful kitten in the house, he would love that too.

Tobie's estimated Date of Birth is 8/20/13. His adoption fee of $135 includes: vet exam, feline leukemia/FIV test, FVRCP (distemper combo) vaccination, routine deworming, flea preventative, microchip and neuter.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Tobie, a Mt. Prospect Domestic Mediumhair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Mediumhair for sale in Mt. Prospect, or seeking a Domestic Mediumhair kitten from a breeder in Mt. Prospect.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Mt. Prospect already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Mt. Prospect breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Mediumhair breeders who help with Domestic Mediumhair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Mt. Prospect paves the way for another one to be saved.
