My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Russell is the grand old man of the rescue. He's not particularly old-- 14 years-- but he is looking for that someone special who is willing to adopt a wonderful cat who is definitely no longer a kitten.

This orange tabby is unusual in that he is a polydactyl; he has more than the normal 18 total toes. As with other polydactyl cats, this genetic abnormally doesn't pose any risk to Russell's heath, and he prefers not to be called names like "circus toes".

He previously lived with three other cats and is happy to supervise cats that are not too rambunctious. He can be a bit of a grumpy old man, but he's eager for human contact and companionship. Russell would make a great friend to any cat lover.
