I’m Betsy. I am a 9 month old tan chi mix. I weigh 7lbs. I love playing with other dogs and I am good with cats. I love children. My former owner left me in a crate all the time a dark back room. I was really scared. I am with a foster right now and I am looking for a new forever family. I am working on being fully housebroken. I love to cuddle and give kisses.
