ANYA is a 1-year-old Tibetan Spaniel mix, a low-rider with a cute trot and beautiful spaniel eyes. She was rescued from a high-kill shelter and has come a long way in a short while, learning to trust and know that the world can be a safe and happy place.

She is looking for a special, gentle human or adult family. If you will be that person, Anya will bond tightly and be your constant buddy. She plays well with others, still with some puppy energy, but will also entertain herself and do well as the only dog in the household. Anya is crate-trained and an easy dog, though not for a first-time dog owner, or small children who may not understand that Anya needs to initiate contact when she feels safe.
