Aria's Story...
Welcome future adopter, my name is Aria and like all others I am seeking for a new home. See, my last home didn’t work out. My previous owners had this thing called allergies, which I was the cause of and back to the shelter I went. I am currently living with my FUR mates and enjoy it as they keep me company. I am easy going but may be hesitant to meet you. I need some time to get to know you before I show you my amazing true colors. I was originally found as a stray and didn’t interact with humans as much but I'm warming up to them more since I've been living here. I hope to find a nice home where I can live out the rest of my days... Come and meet me, I'm ready to love you!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Aria, a Miami Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Miami, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Miami.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Miami already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Miami breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Miami paves the way for another one to be saved.
