Halfpint's Info...

I am already spayed, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Halfpint's Story...
Halfpint was turned in to Animal Care and Control in Philadelphia with her brother and sister after being discovered outside with no mama in sight. Little Bit is her brother. The animal shelter does not have the staff available to feed such young babies overnight. So if no foster is found they are euthanized at the end of the day. Luckily Stray Cat Blues had room for this trio.

Halfpint is a sweet, playful little lady. She loves the company of other kitties and even gets along well with dogs after a proper introduction. Halfpint must go to a home that has a cat or dog or be adopted with another kitty. Young kittens do not do well alone.

Halfpint is spayed, litterbox trained, has received age appropriate vaccinations, and tested negative for FeLV and FIV. Her estimated date of birth is 8/15/2013. She is also already microchipped!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Halfpint, a Colmar Domestic Shorthair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Colmar, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair kitten from a breeder in Colmar.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Colmar already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Colmar breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Colmar paves the way for another one to be saved.
