My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Walter was found as a stray on a rural road hiding in a ditch with duct tape wrapped around his feet. Walter was very matted and emaciated but so very sweet and so happy that someone found him....his little tail never stopped wagging! Walter loves to be held and sit next to you and does great with other dogs. Walter is about 5 years old and will make a great family member! Walter is currently in foster care in West TN.
