This dog is being fostered in Dallas, Texas and must be
adopted within the Dallas, North Central Texas or Oklahoma City area.
NAME: Peaches
GENDER: Female (Spayed)
AGE: 10 months (as of November 2013)
WEIGHT: 4 lbs.
DOGS/CATS: Great with other small non-aggressive dogs, Unsure on large dogs or cats
CHILDREN: Due to her small size, Peaches needs to be in an all adult home or a home with children 14 and older
APARTMENT APPROPRIATE: Yes
Meet Peaches, a beautiful blonde female puppy looking for her forever home!
Peaches came from a rather neglectful situation, but has taken wonderfully to living in a loving home with proper care and attention. She loves to
play, play, play with her foster siblings and all the other CRT foster Chihuahuas she hangs with adoption events.
Because of her puppy energy, daily walks are great for Peaches. She walks very well on her harness and leash and loves “reading the pee-mailâ€%9D with
her walking buddies. She tends to bark at people she doesn’t know, but is easily corrected.
When Peaches is in a more relaxed mood, she likes to lay on her bed with a blanket and chew on a flexible Nylabone. She loves them so much, she
will gather all the other ones laying around and put them in the bed with her! She also likes to play with squeaky toys. Other things Peaches
loves are belly rubs and treats (especially baby carrots)!
Peaches is kennel trained (she is kenneled when no one is at home and overnight), will use a pee pad and a doggy door, and is still working on being
completely housebroken (almost there). She has made great strides, but will need continued training to get all the way there.
Peaches is spayed, micro chipped, up-to-date on shots, HW negative and on
heartworm prevention. She is ready to join a loving family - could that family
be yours?
This dog is a CRT rescue. Reference checks, adoption contract and $200
adoption fee required.
