This is Hope, and she is hoping to be with her forever family soon! Hope currently weighs in at 5 pounds. She is an adorable little mixed breed - We know mom was a medium-sized hound mix, and dad is unknown. Her adopter must be willing to take pot luck as far as her ultimate size and appearance.

Hope is a well balanced pup, very playful, and a good eater! Since she's still very much a baby, she needs a family with a stay-at-home person to attend to her house-training and obedience training, and keep her exercised and well-socialized.

You can meet Hope at Wilmette Pet Center, 625 Green Bay Road, anytime during store hours 7 days a week. (847-251-6750 www.wilmettepetcenter.com). Although you may want to adopt her on the spot, please know that you will have to go through the application process first.

Hope's birth date is 9/17/13 and her adoption fee of $350 includes: vet exam, DAPP (distemper combo) vaccination, bordetella vaccination, deworming, microchip and spay.
