My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Smokey is a approx 5-7 year old Siberian Husky guy


This adorable guy was within minutes of being killed at a California High-Kill shelter, which is surprising considering how handsome and easy going he is.


He walks well on a leash, and knows some basic commands. Loves tummy rubs,treats,to give kisses an to snuggle


Smokey is a little too interested in cats, but may be okay with a dog-savvy cat. He is crate trained, and given his even temperament, would be a great 'starter-husky' for somebody who wants to get into the breed but may not be used to their less tolerable behaviors.


He is fully grown at about 50 lbs.
