Axel is a male miniature Poodle mix approximately 2 years of age. He has gorgeous apricot gold coloring and shiny, soft curls. He has been professionally groomed and his coat is non-shedding. Axel is on the small side, weighing in at 10 pounds full grown. He is extremely easy to manage and excellent inside the home. He appears to be completely housebroken and is very well behaved. He is mellow and quiet, and literally never makes a sound. Axel is a peace loving dog and only wants to please. He enjoys a calm environment and thrives where he feels safe and secure. Axel is good with children, good with other dogs, and good with cats. He is very healthy and walks nicely on leash without pulling. Axel is affectionate and likes to be held too. He rides quietly in the car and is good in public, always the gentleman and always minding his manners. Axel enjoys gentle attention and will likely bond very closely with one or two people. He was brought in stray to a very high kill shelter and was rescued on his very last day. He is a darling boy and deserves a chance at a better life. We would bet Axel has had a rough past. He never wants any trouble and will stay out of the way if there is a lot of commotion around him. So far, Axel does not play but he may show interest as he relaxes in a normal home environment. Axel is a sweet little guy and adorable besides. He deserves the best home based on his good behavior alone. Axel is ready for his new forever loving family today!
Axel’s adoption donation is $375 (*TAX DEDUCTABLE). He has been NEUTERED, MICROCHIPPED, VACCINATED, DEWORMED, DEFLEAED and PROFESSIONALLY GROOMED. Also included is his collar with ID, harness, leash, folder with all of his records, a great PETCO coupon book, and a fun goodie bag with toys, etc.
Axel is being fostered by Pet Match Rescue Foster Volunteers, Chris & Annchalee and is ready for his forever home.
