Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Willow is an AZ shepherd and yellow lab mix. She is the perfect age, young enough to learn yet already potty trained. She walks well on the leash and has good house manners. She is great with kids and other dogs. She is neutered, chipped and current with vaccinations.
At 25 pounds, Willow is the perfect size. She is smart and sweet and loves to walk. She will learn the route and if you try to shorten it she will tell you with a look she wants to do the whole walk. You won't be able to resist her cute face!
Willow is mellow and gentle and wants to be part of everything. When you are doing yard work she will help out by carrying branches. If you are watering she will play in the hose. When you are working in the kitchen she will curl up nearby waiting for you to get done. If you sit in a lounge chair in the sun she will ask to be put on the end of the chair by you.
Willow loves to cuddle under a blanket and to sleep with you. Her body is like a little heating pad! When you watch TV or read, she will cuddle with her head on your lap. She loves to run and chase and play with toys.
Willow is submissive and adores other dogs. She would love a yard to explore and if possible, a doggie playmate. Willow would love an active family that will include her in their activities and make her part of the family. She will be your loyal perfect friend for life.
Willow and her buddy, Walley, who is also looking for a home, were rescued off a busy road in South Phoenix.
