My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Daisy is a very sweet little senior Chihuahua about 8 years old. She was rescued from the shelter where she was left because her elderly owner could no longer take care of her. She is extremely social, loves people, dogs, cats and kids. She is definitely a lap dog, couch dog and cuddle bug. Daisy adores children which is very unusual for a Chihuahua. She was overweight when we got her but has lost quite a bit of weight.

Daisy is housebroken, crate trained (but would much prefer your bed or sofa). Daisy has had a full blood panel, including heartworm and thyroid check. She has had a dental, been spayed, microchipped and current on vaccines. She is completely ready to go into her new home. Senior dogs make wonderful additions to the family. Daisy is currently in a foster home with young children and is wonderful with them.

Daisy’s adoption fee is $50 plus a $19.95 microchip transfer fee. She qualifies for our senior to senior adoption program which is free of charge for seniors 65 years or over. Please consider adopting this wonderful girl today. She has been waiting a long time to start the new chapter in her life.
